Hola!
We started today off by going to the Janson Family coffee plantation. We were given a tour of the machinery and coffee plants. Our tour guide was one of the co-owners and helped us understand just how much work goes into producing coffee. While we were walking to the coffee fields, we passed by lime and avocado trees, as well as a bunch of herb plants. After the tour, we got to sample some of the coffee. When we got back to the cabins, we relaxed and played cards, after which we were given opportunities to explore the town of Cerro Punto. We had dinner at a nice place where we ate rice, beans, salad, and 
chicken. There was a huge sheep behind the restaurant that we got to meet after eating. Afterwards, we returned to the common room of the hotel to share our presentations. Each of us presented for about five minutes about personal independent projects that we have been working on for the past few days in the Cloud Forest.
