Bienvenidos,
Rachel reporting to you from Pedasà with spectacular news. Guess who got dolled up this morning in the most fashionable Panamanian attire: Polleras! If you guessed ‘Las Chicas’ you’re right!! We danced our way down the town streets and our smiles reflected off of the gold chains dripping from our necks. We wore wide-brimmed sombreros with the front tilted down to 
amazing experience that helped me to appreciate the culture and history of Panama. There was a musical encore to the dancing including the maracas, mejoranera, and drums which we all enjoyed immensely. With the rest of the day, many of us enjoyed games of pool and time spent with our local host families, myself included. My family and I play occasionally a high intensity game of Free Fire, which is to you Americans: Fortnite, but this version is better. Now, when I return to Boston, I can continue to play with my host family. We leave in a few days from Pedasà but our journey in Panama is far from over. Check in next time with another traveler.
